Panelist’s Biography

•Dr. Ge is a professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University. He also serves as

   Vice President for General Affairs and Department Chair. He received his BS from National Taiwan University,       MS and Ph.D. from University of Colorado at Boulder in 1995, 2000 and 2003, respectively. His research work     focuses on disaster risk reduction and resilience.
