自主式移動機器人關鍵技術與半導體應用
在半導體的生態中,可粗分為長晶圓製程及切割包裝製程,其中前者大多採用 AMHS、OHT來搬運,而後者目前為人工上下料件,操作失誤率較高也易有損傷,則 AMR 於半導體自動化中漸漸占有一席之地。研討會中將探討幾個關鍵功能使得 AMR 有能力在無塵室中穩定運行。
• 自主移動:運用路線規劃及軌跡追蹤技術完成自主導航
• 定位技術:透過 SLAM 及 AMCL 技術實現公分級定位
• 安全技術:符合國際安規及半導體運用之安全準則
• 機隊管理:透過分散式網路、多車多站點最佳化技術實現最佳化任務分配及跨廠牌多車操作派工之可能。
