1. Venue Regulations: No Outside Food or Beverages

  • Bringing food and drinks into the venue is strictly prohibited (including takeout coffee and meals).

  • Violations of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of NT$10,000, which must be reimbursed by the individual responsible.

  • Please note: Complimentary tea, snacks, and lunch will be provided on-site for all distinguished guests.
     

2. Entry Credentials: Physical ID Badge Required

  • A "Successful Registration Notification" with your PDF ID badge will be sent to your email by Wednesday, June 3.

  • Please ensure that you print your ID badge in advance and bring the physical copy for entry.

  • Important Note: No Digital Credentials. If you forget your paper badge, expect delays while waiting for a reprint at the Service Desk. Please print in advance to save time.
