Sustainable development is increasing day by day, the high-tech semiconductor industry faces significant challenges in energy management and carbon emission reduction. "From Energy Efficiency to Net Zero: Sustainable Technology Applications and Practices in High-Tech Facilities" will explore how innovative technologies can achieve energy efficiency and environmental goals in high-tech facilities.
The topics will explore the application of AI in semiconductor facility systems, using data analysis and predictive technologies to optimize energy usage and integrating intelligent monitoring systems for precise control. In addition, it will delve into energy-saving technologies for facility systems, green manufacturing practices, and how smart automation solutions can further enhance production efficiency and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. Preventive maintenance strategies will also be discussed to ensure equipment operates efficiently, reducing energy waste and equipment failures.
We aim to provide forward-looking solutions for achieving the "Net Zero" goal in practice. Professionals from various fields are warmly invited to participate and explore the sustainable future of high-tech facilities.
