Speech Title and Abstract
Intelligence in Action: AI in Semiconductor Water Treatment
Water is a vital and finite resource. Semiconductor manufactures face increasingly complex challenges in balancing sustainability efforts with business growth. The advent of artificial intelligence (AI) is poised to significantly enhance the efficiency of semiconductor fabricators, optimizing energy usage, water consumption, and recycling capabilities. This technological advancement promises to make these challenges more manageable.
Digital services are needed to leverage data intelligence and optimize performance. By interpreting operational data from various sources, these services provide actionable insights through advanced algorithms and predictive analytics. These insights lead to improved water quality, reduced water usage, decreased overall energy requirements, and extended asset life.
Combining AI-enabled solutions with on-site support and Nalco Waters digital platform allows for addressing the most critical issues, thereby maximizing impact and value. This approach also supports customers in advancing their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.
This presentation will highlight this platform and its capabilities, as well as two real world examples of how this AI driven technology has made a positive impact on a facilities equipment efficiency and overall energy and water conservation.
