Abstract:

•In recent years, rapid advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Twins, smart sensing, cloud platforms, and automation technologies have accelerated the digital transformation of high-tech facilities. Beyond conventional AI models, the emergence of AI Agents (Agentic AI) is also reshaping knowledge work, decision-making, and workflow automation, with growing potential for applications in smart manufacturing and high-tech facility operations. The challenge today is no longer simply about adopting new technologies, but about turning innovation into practical implementation, integrating it into daily operations, and delivering measurable benefits and long-term value.

•Under the theme “From AI to Implementation,” this forum will focus on real-world applications, proven practices, and emerging technologies for smart operations in high-tech facilities. We welcome contributions from fab owners, semiconductor manufacturers and supply chain partners, equipment suppliers, system integrators, engineering consultants, academic and research institutions, and technology solution providers to share successful implementation cases, lessons learned, innovative applications, and cross-disciplinary collaborations.

•In particular, we encourage Fab Owners and end users to share their practical experiences and perspectives, including smart facility management, equipment and facility optimization, digital transformation initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, operation and maintenance (O&M) strategies, as well as the benefits and challenges encountered when implementing AI and smart systems. Proven and impactful cases previously presented at other industry events are also welcome, as valuable experiences deserve to be shared, revisited, and extended across the industry.

•We sincerely invite experts and practitioners across the high-tech facility ecosystem to contribute and exchange insights. Together, we aim to bridge the gap between innovation and implementation, accelerate knowledge sharing and practical adoption, and shape the next generation of high-tech facilities with greater efficiency, reliability, and resilience.
