Speech Title and Abstract
Smart Factory Transformation Technology
With the rapid advancement of technology, the transformation towards intelligent factories has become one of the crucial trends in the industry. By incorporating technologies such as the industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), machine vision, predictive diagnostics, artificial intelligence(AI), and big data analytics, factories are being equipped to achieve comprehensive monitoring, optimization, and automation of production processes, leading to enhanced productivity and quality. Real-time data collection and analysis enable prompt resolution of bottlenecks or issues encountered during production, thereby reducing production costs, improving product quality, and achieving higher output capacity.
Furthermore, intelligent transformation technologies also bring higher flexibility, adaptability, safety, and reliability to the factory, enabling them to promptly respond to market changes and meet customized demands. Moreover, through the intelligent detection, monitoring, and predictive maintenance modules, abnormalities in production status/quality, potential risks, and equipment failures can be detected early, effectively reducing the occurrence of defects, hazards, and unplanned downtime in production, thus ensuring safety and achieving the benefits of carbon reduction.
