With the rapid development of the semiconductor industry, factory safety has become increasingly important. This project proposes an intelligent evacuation system using AIoT technology to enhance evacuation efficiency and safety in semiconductor factories. Unlike traditional emergency exit signs with fixed routes, this system dynamically displays the optimal evacuation direction in real-time based on current conditions. Results showed a 42.8% reduction in evacuation time and significant improvements in evacuation efficiency and safety.
