More than 28 years experience in Facility, especially the construction field.
Handling various roles, include design/build semiconductor manufacture FAB, base-build, expansion, operation, maintenance and Hookup tool installation.
Currently, manage multi construction projects in Taiwan.
Beyond that,
Gina is also board director of High-Tech Facility Association.

Innovative Green Fab Facilitates EGS' Sustainable Future

Micron is the largest foreign invested company in Taiwan and has established manufacturing centers of excellence in Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu and Taichung.

In addition to the extensive use of advanced AI technology in production and operation, Micron has also demonstrated its impact on expanding its green efforts and has been recognized by several awards.
During the construction of the newest production plant in Taichung, how to utilize the latest technology to quickly build the most efficient plant is an important key point for ESG.
