Chih-Ming Lai is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in the manufacturing and construction engineering sectors. As President of United Integrated Services Co., Ltd., he has successfully guided the organization through complex, large-scale projects, including supporting the completion of the first advanced semiconductor fabrication facility in Arizona. His leadership continues to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the company.

During his tenure at Chen Full International Co., Ltd., Mr. Lai established a specialized business unit focused on precision components and module manufacturing. Under his leadership, the unit became a trusted supplier to leading companies in the semiconductor, aviation, and defense industries, ultimately culminating in a successful initial public offering (IPO).

Earlier in his career, Mr. Lai held key positions at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), including Director of Corporate Security and Deputy Director of New Fab Engineering. In these roles, he played a pivotal part in advancing facility technologies and strengthening operational capabilities

Mr. Lai holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University and is a frequent panelist at industry forums, sharing insights on facility technology, construction engineering, and manufacturing excellence.
