Sylvia graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Computer Science and Engineering. She is well regarded for being ambitious, highly motivated, and energetic as a sales leader with broad experience in managing sales and marketing programs for both channels and end customers, including commercial and consumer groups. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Sylvia had various prior working experiences in Delta, Microsoft, and Apple. With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience working in the IT industry, she is a result-oriented professional with a proven ability to deliver business outcomes, and a trusted leader in leading, developing, and motivating teams to drive transformation.
